Coupon Policy

1. General Coupon Terms

Coupons, promo codes, referral offers, cashback offers, and promotional discounts (“Coupons”) are offered by Go Direct subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

By using a Coupon, customers agree to comply with this Coupon Policy.

Go Direct reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or withdraw any Coupon or promotional program at any time without prior notice.

2. Coupon Eligibility

Coupons are applicable only on eligible products and qualifying orders. Certain products, categories, brands, or promotional items may be excluded from discounts, including but not limited to:

• Flyer products
• Already discounted items
• Promotional bundles
• Clearance products
• Limited-time offers

If a product is not eligible for coupon discounts, this will generally be indicated on the product page and/or within the shopping cart.

3. Flyer Products & Discounted Items

Products featured in flyers, weekly specials, or promotional advertisements (“Flyer Products”) are already discounted and are generally not eligible for additional coupon discounts.

• The cart may display that certain products are not eligible for coupon discounts.
• Coupon discounts will automatically exclude ineligible items during checkout.
• Go Direct reserves the right to determine which items qualify as Flyer Products or promotional items.

4. Minimum Cart Value Calculation

Minimum cart value requirements for coupons are calculated only on eligible products.

Example:

• Total cart value: $50
• Eligible products value: $30
• Coupon requirement: Minimum $50 eligible cart value

In this situation, the coupon will not apply because only $30 worth of products qualify for the promotion.

Taxes, delivery charges, tips, service fees, bottle deposits, and ineligible products are not included in the eligible cart value calculation unless specifically stated otherwise.

5. One Coupon Per Order

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Only one coupon or promotional code may be used per order.
• Coupons cannot be combined with other promotional offers, referral credits, cashback programs, or discounts.

6. Coupon Expiry

All coupons are valid only for the duration specified in the promotion.

Expired coupons:

• Cannot normally be reactivated or reused.
• May become invalid automatically after the expiry date.

However, Go Direct reserves the sole discretion to extend coupon validity, reactivate expired coupons, issue replacement coupons, or refuse extension requests without obligation. Any extension granted in one instance does not create an obligation for future extensions.

7. Student Discount Program

Eligible students may receive one $40 student coupon each month, applicable on a minimum $140 cart value.

Unlike standard coupons, Flyer Products and discounted items may also qualify for student discount eligibility, unless otherwise specified.

Student offers are:

• Non-transferable
• Intended for personal use only
• Subject to verification and approval by Go Direct

Go Direct reserves the right to request proof of student status at any time.

8. Student Membership Inactivity

If a student account does not use the monthly student coupon for 3 consecutive months, Go Direct reserves the right to:

• Cancel or deactivate student membership status
• Stop issuing future student coupons
• Remove eligibility from student-only promotions

Reinstatement of student benefits may require fresh verification and approval.

9. Coupon Misuse & Abuse

Go Direct reserves the right to cancel orders, suspend accounts, revoke coupons, or deny promotional eligibility in cases including but not limited to:

• Abuse of promotional offers
• Multiple account creation
• Referral fraud
• Unauthorized coupon sharing
• Resale or commercial use
• Manipulation of pricing or promotions
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

Any misuse of coupons may result in permanent account restrictions.

10. Order Cancellation & Coupon Reversal

If an order is cancelled, refunded, returned, or partially refunded:

• The coupon value may be removed or adjusted.
• Reissued coupons are not guaranteed.
• Cashback or promotional credits may be reversed.
• If an order no longer meets the coupon eligibility criteria after item removals or substitutions, the discount may be recalculated accordingly.

11. Technical Errors

Go Direct is not responsible for:

• System errors
• Coupon application failures
• Expired promotions showing incorrectly
• Pricing inaccuracies
• Network or checkout issues

In case of technical or pricing errors, Go Direct reserves the right to cancel affected orders, refuse coupon redemption, or correct pricing or promotional mistakes.

12. Non-Transferable & No Cash Value

Coupons:

• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Cannot be transferred or sold
• Cannot be redeemed retrospectively after an order is placed
• Have no monetary value outside the intended promotional use

13. Right to Refuse or Modify Promotions

Go Direct reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Approve or deny coupon usage
• Modify promotional terms
• Change eligibility requirements
• Cancel promotions without notice
• Limit coupon redemption frequency
• Restrict offers by account, address, payment method, or device

All decisions made by Go Direct regarding coupons and promotions shall be final.

14. Policy Updates

Go Direct may update or revise this Coupon Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of coupons or promotional offers constitutes acceptance of the latest version of this policy.
