We currently offer same-day delivery across the major South Asian population clusters in the GTA, including Brampton, Mississauga, Toronto, Scarborough, Etobicoke, North York, and Markham.

If you live in one of our active clusters (like Brampton or Mississauga), we deliver to every street in that city. You can verify your specific postal code by downloading the GoDirect App.

We are a Quick Commerce platform. By using local micro-warehouses (dark stores), we aim to reduce delivery times from days to minutes. For most orders in our main zones, we guarantee same-day delivery.

GoDirect is Canada’s first South Asian super app, combining groceries, fresh produce, home care, beauty, and dine-out in one place, with hyperlocal dark stores and same-day delivery across the Greater Toronto and Greater Moncton areas.

GoDirect deploys its own fleet of drivers to deliver groceries to South Asian neighborhoods and streets across Toronto, Brampton, Mississauga, Scarborough, Caledon, North York, Etobicoke, Markham, Vaughan, and other GTA clusters with more Canadian cities coming soon.

Customers place orders for predefined slots (e.g. 12-2pm) through the GoDirect app where postal codes are matched to the nearby dark stores, all orders are consolidated, an optimal route is prepared, warehousing team picks and packs items, drivers deliver till the doorstep. No delivery charges are applied on orders above $5 (lowest in Canada).

GoDirect allows customers to choose convenient delivery windows throughout the day, depending upon your postal code. Some areas where we have activated express delivery, you can get instant delivery slot. For example: Brampton users get 12-4PM, 4-9PM, 9-11PM delivery options, whereas users in Malton get an express delivery slot within 60 minutes.

The GoDirect app is available for ordering 24/7, allowing customers to shop late at night or early morning, with deliveries fulfilled in operating windows published for each service area.
